The Anticipation is Killing Me

Well here we go again…

Every year around this time, hockey fans get that once in a season feeling.  The new season is upon us, and that means so many things to a hockey fan:

All of these things are what we hold onto as fans (and so much more). The next 48 hours represent the final moments that we can throw away all the pessimism, and truly embrace what it means to be a fan. Then we’ll probably want to forget about it again.

On the other hand don’t forget that on Wednesday at 7pm ET, the league drops a puck on another season!
